Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine service and maintenance on customer vehicles to manufacturer standards.
- Carry out diagnostic work and produce accurate technical reports for the Workshop Controller.
- Complete repairs and vehicle preparation in line with BMW’s methodologies and quality expectations.
- Accurately document work performed, parts used, and labour hours for invoicing and record-keeping.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle health checks and identify potential issues or defects.
- Communicate clearly with the Workshop Controller/Service Manager regarding any delays or additional repairs required.
- Maintain cleanliness and protection of vehicles throughout the service process.
- Ensure all work meets BMW safety and quality standards before returning vehicles to customers.
Your Profile:
- Fully qualified Motor Technician.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the motor trade.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
- Fluent English essential.
- Must be available for occasional weekend and overtime work.
- Must be authorised to work in Ireland.
