Business Manager:
Your role:
As Business Manager, you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department; you will do this by being at the core of all sales enquiries and by developing the sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly.
Our Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include Saturdays to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Experienced Sales Executive:
You must demonstrate strong communication skills and immaculate presentation as well as being a team player and adaptable to the requirements that our progressive and exciting business demands.
Responsibilities Include:
- To sell vehicles using effective sales process guidelines in place at the Retail Centre.
- Delivering a first class sales experience to the Customer in line with current Covid restrictions.
- Carry out accurate appraisals on all part exchange vehicles.
- Ensure full compliance with BMW Brand Guidelines throughout both New and Used vehicle sales process.
- Maintain regular contact with all customers in line with our Enquiry Management Systems to ensure relationships area maintained for potential repeat business.
- Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively.

Product Genius:
Our Product Genius will solely be on hand to explain features to car shoppers using their product knowledge and high-tech demonstrations. The objective here is to better support customers with in-depth product knowledge as well as enabling the customer to better utilize and configure products in accordance with their particular needs.
Main Duties:
- Keeping up to date with the latest product information.
- Ensuring all vehicles are photographed and advertised on all channels.
- Providing customers with specification information about all BMW products.
- Ensuring all dealership staff are up to date on the latest product information and that their knowledge is of a high standard.
- Planning and managing the customer test drive process with the Sales Executive and offering product insight during the test drive appointment.
- Responsible for the preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of demo cars are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers.
- Reception cover as required to assist the main showroom Host.
- Pro-actively approaching customers in the showroom to welcome them and see if they need any help.
- Supporting the Sales Executive with insight and product knowledge for customers, when required.
- Guiding customers to the Sales Executive when they express an interest to buy.

Workshop Controller:
Main Duties:
- Demonstrating excellent leadership and communication skills
- Mentoring and developing our team of Technicians to ensure they are meeting all aspects of the BMW certification programme and their own personal development.
- Responsibility for the quality of Technician output, ensuring we are maximising productivities, efficiencies and profitability.
- Carry out monthly performance reviews providing feedback and support.
- Managing and delegating the workload ensuring efficient running of the workshop.
- Providing clear lines of communication between workshop and service advisors to ensure our customers’ expectations are prioritised.
- Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are maintained in the Workshop.
- Ensuring our workshop facilities and standards are maintained.

- The individual should be proactive, process driven and committed to meet the high quality of work expected from our customers and brand, whilst managing a busy professional team. The successful candidate will have the ability to quickly prioritise and make decisions employing their excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written communication.
- The ideal candidate will need to have a proven track record in running an efficient workshop environment as a Workshop Controller.
- We need someone with the ability to work in a high-pressured environment who has fantastic leadership skills that can drive the team forward to success. You should strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mind-set, whilst ensuring that the customer always comes first.

Aftersales Executive:
Your role:
As an aftersales executive, you will be responsible for dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive impression of the service department, whilst upselling additional service items and repairs due on customers vehicles.
Assisting the service advisors as and when required and working towards monthly targets, you will be responsible for taking bookings via telephone, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle and additional providing insight into additional services available.
Your profile:
You will have proven experience within a similar role and demonstrated a proactive approach to customer service. You will have strong IT literacy skills as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.

Parts Manager:
Your role:
Leading this busy parts department, your role will be to look after a team of Parts Advisors who deliver a service to internal, retail and trade customers. Your role will involve you working closely with the Service Manager to provide exceptional levels of service.

To be successful in your role, you will have a proven experience as a Parts Manager as you will be managing stock, reviewing and monitoring processes whilst maximising the profitability and efficiency of the Parts Department.

BMW Vehicle Technician:
Duties include:
- Complete work orders, including details of repairs completed, parts required, and labour to be charged
- Test vehicles using measuring devices to provide accurate diagnostic reports to the Workshop Controller
- Interpret and use technical data and instruction provided by the manufacturer
- Conduct routine service work on vehicles brought into the workshop
- Remove and install vehicle components in accordance with the manufacturer’s methodology
- Carry out vehicle health checks and identify areas of concern
- Carry out preparations for new vehicles
- Perform technical repair work in accordance with established and documented procedures
- Ensure correct materials, tools and measuring devices are used
- Ensure any faults have been reported and noted on job cards and inform the Service Manager/ Workshop Controller of any additional defects not covered in the scope of the repair and delays in completion
- Record details of work, including all hours worked and material usage
- Ensure vehicle safety standards have been complied with when returned to customers
- Ensure vehicles are protected and kept clean during service and repair
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and rules

Tyre Technician:
Your role:
As a Tyre Fitter, you will be always thinking of how to achieve the highest standards in customer service, whilst ensuring that safety and quality are top of mind. A Tyre Fitter has technical knowledge and a professional attitude, they are able to work to efficiency/productivity targets and effectively fit tyres, suggest and make improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Correctly removing and replacing the wheels of a vehicle
- Tightening the wheel nuts to the correct torque setting on re-fitting the wheels to the vehicle
- Replacing worn damaged tyres with the correct new tyre from the dealer’s tyre rack
- Inflate the tyre on the wheel to the car manufactures recommended tyre pressure
- Removing and replacing a tyre by using the correct tyre equipment in the car dealer workshop
- Carrying out a tyre puncture repair on a car tyre to the correct Safety Standards
- Using the correct tools supplied by the franchise dealership to carry-out the repair
- Working alongside the vehicle technicians within the franchise workshop
- Assisting with tyre inspection reporting on an EVHC report
- Correctly measuring a tyre tread depth and report the correct tread depth readings
- Entering data into a VHC report
The Ideal Candidate
- Ideally a minimum of 12 months experience with a background of working in a fast-fit car centre or a recognised vehicle franchise dealership
- The practical knowledge of fitting tyres
- The capability of working to the highest quality standards
- Great team player and communication skills
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping
- Prior experience working to efficiency targets
- A full driving license
- Previous career history of being a tyre fitter or this being a part of your job role

Warranty Administrator:
Your role:
As a warranty administrator, you will be responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs. You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims daily, ensure that recalls are administered, and warranty debt is controlled. You will also ensure that manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
Your profile:
You will have proven experience in an administrative capacity with knowledge of the automotive industry. An understanding of the Kerridge system would also be advantageous; however, this is not crucial. The right candidate will have excellent organisational skills and handle conflicting demands whilst identifying priorities in a highly demanding environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must.

Forecourt Manager:
Your role:
The role involves working with our Sales and Service Teams to manage Forecourt and Showroom vehicle displays, oversee car preparation from arrival on site through to forecourt, oversee vehicle preparation process to include mechanical work and valeting, organise the movement and arrangement of vehicles on site to the relevant areas, ensure all forecourt / showroom stock is clean and presentable at all times.
